Anthony Francis

Xavier SOTKIEWICZ (born January 12, 1826 - died. May 4, 1901) - Bishop of Sandomierz, the administrator o f the Archdiocese of Warsaw. He studied in Warsaw and Sandomierz. In 1849 he took holy orders in Sandomierz. Subsequently he was p astor of the New Zbelutce and SĹ‚upi. He was professor of the seminary and the assessor of the consistory. In 1861 he became a professor at the Warsaw Theological Academy. From 1872 to 1883 he was canon and administrator of the Archdiocese of Warsaw and the editor Overview of the Catholic .
